INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Install the front seat.

NOTICE:

Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

(b) Connect the seat wire connectors under the seat.

(c) Operate the seat track adjusting handle to move the seat to the rearmost position.

(d) Install the 2 bolts.

Torque: 37 N·m (374 kgf·cm, 27 ft·lbf)

(e) Operate the seat track adjusting handle to move the seat to the foremost position.

(f) Install the 2 bolts.

Torque: 37 N·m (374 kgf·cm, 27 ft·lbf)

2. INSTALL SEAT TRACK COVER INNER RH



(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the seat track cover.

3. INSTALL SEAT TRACK COVER OUTER RH



(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the seat track cover.

4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:

When disconnecting the cable some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected INTRODUCTION: REPAIR INSTRUCTION: INITIALIZATION (2008 Sequoia) .

Torque: 5.4 N·m (55 kgf·cm, 48 in·lbf)

6. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT

(a) Inspect the SRS warning light SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEMS: AIRBAG SYSTEM: DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM (2008 Sequoia) .
